Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying at or visiting Sayulita Trailer Park & Bungalows
(hereinafter referred to as “the Property”). By confirming a reservation, the guest (“Guest”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

By confirming a reservation, the Guest enters into a binding rental agreement with Sayulita Trailer Park & Bungalows (hereinafter “Management”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered guests and visitors on the premises.


2. Payment & Deposit Policy

Full Payment: The total balance is due in accordance with the rate plan and payment terms selected at the time of booking.

Security Deposit: Management reserves the right to request a security deposit upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages, losses or rule violations occurred.

Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 days or longer, specific utility policies or usage caps (e.g. electricity) may apply as outlined in the individual booking agreement.

3. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

No refunds will be issued for early departures or changes of plans after check-in.

4. Occupancy & Visitors

Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.

Visitors: External visitors are permitted only with prior approval from Management and must leave the property by 10:00 PM. After this time, only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

5. House Rules & Community Standards

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking: All bungalows are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

Pets: Pets are allowed exclusively on RV sites and must be kept on a leash in all common areas.

6. Safety, Rooftop Terraces & Common Areas

Guests use all facilities, including balconies, rooftop terraces, stairs and common areas, at their own risk.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in elevated or shared areas.

7. Liability & Loss of Property

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use provided in-room safes for valuables.

To the extent permitted by law, Management is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities, negligence, or disregard of posted safety instructions.

8. Utilities & Force Majeure

While Management strives to provide continuous services, it is not responsible for temporary interruptions of public utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi), which may occur in the region.

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to hurricanes, natural disasters or government restrictions), reservations will be handled in accordance with local regulations and reasonable circumstances.

9. Parking Policy

Parking on the property is free of charge for registered guests.

Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas as assigned or indicated by Management.
Parking in non-designated areas, green spaces, pathways or within the park is not permitted.

Management reserves the right to request that improperly parked vehicles be relocated.
 

10. RV Sites – Additional Terms

The following additional terms apply to guests staying on RV sites:
 

Vegetation & Outdoor Areas:
Any modification to vegetation, landscaping or outdoor areas (including trimming, cutting or relocating plants) is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Management.

Wastewater & Utilities:
All wastewater, including greywater and sewage, must be disposed of only through designated and approved connections. Discharging wastewater onto the ground or vegetation is strictly forbidden.

Electrical & Infrastructure Use:
Guests may not modify, extend or alter electrical, water or sewage connections. Improvised or unauthorized installations are not permitted.

Structures & Installations:
The construction or installation of decks, platforms, roofs, fences, steps or permanent or semi-permanent structures is not allowed without explicit approval from Management.

Environmental Responsibility:
Guests are expected to maintain a clean site and respect shared spaces. Damage to infrastructure, vegetation or common areas may result in charges or termination of the stay.

11. Damages & Maintenance

Guests are responsible for maintaining their bungalow, RV site and all provided equipment in good condition.

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit.

12. Right of Eviction

Management reserves the right to terminate a stay immediately and without refund if guests violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in illegal activities, or significantly disturb the peace, safety or integrity of the community.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a reservation or staying on the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
